The information about laws and regulation, either in central government or regional government level should be easily accessed by public. Laws and regulation have determining and regulating aspect, legal compliance and enforcement, as well as binding force to pertinent parties, society or administrative bodies. With regard to those aspects, the dissemination of laws and regulation is necessary and should be administered in order and continuously. In this case, the development of Sistem Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (SJDIH) or Documentation and Information Network System has a role in relating to the administration of regional government and creating effrctive and efficient documentation and information network system in order public to access easily.
