Electrical power which is converted to mechanical power by a motor and transmitted to a spinning fixed head brings the material to he cut by lathe which moves translation relatively to the materiaL The cutting parameter that is determined by the tensile strength of material, angle of cutting tools, rotation, the velocity and the depth of cutting caused the vibration, it is important to know hoe this cutting parameter affecting the amplitude of tool vibration since it can related to job safety. With vibrocord and SPSS software program we know the amplitude of tool vibration influenced by the tensile strength of material with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.209, the velocity of cutting 0.204, and the depth of the cutting 0.048, angle of cutting tools -0.448, and rotation -0.74 respectly. The bigger the tensile strength of material, velocity and the depth of cutting increase the amplitude of tool vibration, while the contradiction occurs for the angle of cutting tools and rotation. The influence of cutting parameter upon the tool vibration is about 91.5 %.
