The most determining component in achieving an organizational objective is the human being. Therefore, human beings are the dynamic elements and are continually changing based on the surrounding environments, and interesting objects to be researched, both their relationship and organization and management issues. One of the most Interesting issues to be researched is job satisfaction. This is important due to their great impact on the success of an organization. Besides, there are psychological factors which are also important in achieving the organization objective such as compensation and leadership. Research was done on the influence of compensation and leadership towards employee job satisfaction. The study used a descriptive methodology by survey to a particular company, while regression and correlation analysis was used to study the influence of either compensation or leadership on the employee job satisfaction, and also positive influences of compensation and leadership on employee job satisfaction.
