Purpose of the research is to know the influence of PMSG hormone injection in several dosages (10, 15 and 25 IV, respectively) to the layer ducks at the last phase production toward quality of the egg (namely egg shell weight , egg shell density, protein and cholesterol content of the yolk). Sample of the research is 40 last phase production of the layer ducks with divide into 4 treatment groups. The first group as control group injected Na Cl Physiologic intramuscularly at the chest muscle; while scond, third and fourth groups are treatment groups was injected PMSG hormoe 10, 15 and 25 IV intramuscularly, respectively, along 8 weeks on twice a week interval. The design of research is Completely Randomized Design (RDC) with 4 treatment and 10 repetitives. Analysis tecnique using One-Way anova and continued by least Significantly Different 5%. Research result shows that PMSG hormone invramusculary injection at 15 IU dosage was very significantly (P < 0,01) influences toward increasing of egg quality. On the contrary, cholesterol content was very significantly (P < 0,01) decolase on 25 IV treatment groups.
