The aims research are: (1) To proving that outer membran protein S. pullorum S-11 could be stimulate antibody forming ; (2) To measure antibody titer that rose with indirect – ELISA technique and to recognize how long titer still rise in the serum. As experiment animal use layer chicken age 3-4 weeks which provided treatment divided 2 groups. Group I (K), as control injected PBS as subcutan with dose 0,5 ml/each one times; Group II (P1), injected OMP solvent + adjuvant Freund Completely one times. From collected data is optical density chicken serum, analyzed with T test (independent sample T test) from statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) rel. 11.0 for Windows. Base on those research can be concluded as follows : (1) Specific protein OMP from Salmonella pullorum S-11 bacterial as vaccine compound sub unit with adjuvant Freunds completely be able to stimulate chicken antibody with highest titer; (2) Induction response immune prolong start in 7th day until 35th day, after immunization was very significant (p < 0,01) with peak in 21st and in 35th day decline but still higher that control in 14th day.
