Analysis of diffusion coefficient for ternary system has been done using double exposure holographic interferometry and used computer simulation program with useful of colour CCD sensor and interface. This method allowed a second recording of interference patterns at the same film plate and Off-axis hologram analysis from reconstruction process. The experimental results showed that the diffusion coefficient for ternary system of NaNO3-KNO3-H2O at room temperature was (1.43 ± 0.04).10-5 cm2/s with 2,8% relatif error. Experimental results were compared with results of Linder-Crooks methods. It was concluded that the method could be used as an alternative instrument for determination of diffusion coefficient for ternary system.
