A good management and performance of animal slougter centers, were need for promoting the sustainability of food product, A lot of factors may influence the quality of food product, the one factor was the disease, like Trypanosomiasis. This disease have not been able to be eradicatet yet Indonesia. This Study will explor the histopathological changed of internal organ on post-infected goats. The research design was post-test control group. The research subjects was adult goat, etawa strain, max, and 27-30 kg body wright, As many as health, 5 each for trial and control group. All these goods were examined and stuted free from trypanosomiasis befor study was started. The trial group wen inoculated with iml suspensi of Trypanosoma (5-9 x 105 per mililiter), two times a day, morning and afternoon, every day for 4 days. The examination of body temparatur and body wright were performed on fith, sixth and seventh day. In the lost day (seventh day) all goats were liked and it’s organ (liver hidney and lung) were sampled and presiwed in 10% formalin for ther histopathological proces. The conchesions were: 1) Yhe infection by Trypanosoma evansi were being able to degerate the his to histopathological structure of internal organ on Goats (p < 0,05);. 2) The Tripanosomiasis can be monitred by increasing the body temparatu and in accasion nerve disarder.
