Isi artikelEffectiveness is the central theme of all experts and researchers’ work In researching of an organization. The effectiveness of organization is connected to each other and influenced by the organizational factor. There are two problems distracting understanding of the effectiveness of organization, such asthe unsettle deffectiveness of organization construction and difference usage of effectiveness term by practitioners and theorists. The ineffectiveness symptom in the “XYZ” organization is triggered by reshuffling organization structure and changing leadership in relation of changing working culture. This thesis aims to describe the effectiveness of organization by using competitive value model as the result of organization structure, leadership and organization culture influences. The analysis unit is staff activities scaled by the competitive values approach for the effectiveness of an organization. The sample numberof this research is 203 taken by stratified proportional random technique. The data collection method use observation and questionnaire technique. The data is analyzed with SEM by using LISREL. The research result and implications are eightcompetitive value indicators for the organizational effectiveness to the XYX organization intensifying the perception that effectiveness is the work performance scale dimension. Then, the positive and significant result of analysis factor to the organizational effectives is the development leadership, organizational culture and structure. Based on the reality (anti-thesis)and expert analysis in the synthesis (result of confirmation test) regarding the effectiveness and dynamic staff activities in the XYZ organization under the development of leadership based on the culture value of public bureaucracy inthe organizational structure which tend to have more mechanical characteristic than organic.
