Job characteristics to a model that could be used to evaluate a particular job. The job characteristics model can measure employees perception over the dimensions of the job characteristics. The purpose of this research is to find job characteristics model in to evaluation a job at textile industry in Province of West Java. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Sampling technique used is simple random sampling and collection of prime data is through using the Likert Scale. The job characteristics model has five dimensions such as skill orientation, task identity, task significant, and feedback. By using the job characteristic model, the firms can get positive results such as high internal motivation, high quality work performance, high satisfaction with the work, and low absenteism and turnover. These could be achieved by the critical psychological such as experienced meaningfulness of the work, experience responsibility for outcomes of the work, and knowledge of the actual results of the work activities The results research showthat estimated any loading factors coefficient are significant. Thus, any indicators or manifest variables can job characteristics construct.
