Isi artikelThis research is aim to find out there is or not the marketing strategy factors of KPRI UNS Shop, that affect/make behavior of UNS Administrative PNS is different, between who is often buying/shopping and who is seldom buying/shopping at KPRI UNS Shop of Surakarta. The kind of research is quantitative discription with a survey method. The research population is 797 UNS Administrative PNS. The amount of sample is taken with use the degree of confidence is 95% and SE= ± 9,5% , that are 106 respondent. The sample is taken by Systematic Proportional Random Sampling. The result of instrumental try out shows that the inst rument that used Is valid with correlation coefficient from 0,470 to 0,878 and is reliable with alpha value 0,7712. The Discriminant Analysis For Two Groups is used to analysis of shopping behavior of UNS Administrative PNS, that are the often shopping group and the seldom shopping group at KPRI UNS Shop. The analysis is done with version 11 SPSS software computer. The result of analysis shows that there is a real behavior difference, between two groups that are researched. The marketing strategy factor of KPRI UNS Shop that make differ behavior of both groups is Information Delivery factor from KPRI UNS Shop of Surakarta.
