In development process since feasibility study to operational of the project, need an architect as a designer. As a profession, architect will do the design process, consultation to the clients and will fulfill the needs of client in making the space of their activities. In doing the work as a designer, architect profession relates to the UUJK No18/99 and UUBG No.28/2002. In UUJK No.18/99 architect as a profession relates to other stakeholder, such as: client, suppliers, contractors, etc. In UUBG No.28 / 2002 architect profession contributes in making building as the object of the profession. Both law aspects prepare architect well doing their job in designing the need of the client in making buildings.
