Isi artikel
Neorologically impaired children often have some of the most troubling and chronoc disorders of sleep. Many of the sleep problems in children with neurologic disorders arise directly from primary dysfunction or delayed maturation of their sleep-wake regulation systems. Neurologic disorders may present or masquerade as pediatric sleep problems, which can mislead the pediatrician, delaying diagnosis and treatment. Recognizing these disorders can prove useful for the patient, and pediatrician.
