Based on article act number 20 year 2003 on national education system states that formal education unit provider organized by government or community should have the form of a legal education entity. The legal entity should function to provide educational services to learners based on a non profit organization that manage funds required for development of education unit. The regulation of legal entitles shall be stipulated by law enacted by the government. Legal entities shall be stipulated by law enacted by the government. Legal entities of education are extended to provide legal basis for education providers to operate an education unit. Presently, the education entity (PT. BHMN) has problems in implementing its activities. The law on legal entities of education as stated in verse of article 53 act number 20 year 2003 have considered these problems and accomodated the solutions to these problems in the law of legal entities of education.
