Sector of industry is one of important sector in indonesia as its role in the absorption of man power, and its contribution in the gross domestic product of indonesia. Facing trade liberation and globalization, industry sector is facing uncertain future condition. In one side, liberation will open wide market prospect but on the other side, liberation will open wide market prospect but on the other side competition level among countries will become tighter. Acknowledged that, we want to analyze that how to develop industry sector of indonesia by diamond cluster model of porter.
