In forth, determinants of the success of the information center have become a crucial part in order to manage the information center effectively and efficiently. This observation is for disclosing those determinants and how much they influence to the success of the information center that we define it as a customer satisfaction. Data gathering is from questionnaire method that has been spread to 55 participants/respondents from three information centered companies. All data has been analyzed by a descriptive statistics, validity and reliability, normality, classical assumption and hypothesis series of tests. The analysis result shows how the application quality, organization commitment, quality of the information center staff, and any services offered by the information center influence customer satisfaction. This might be caused by the length of its use here is still early. Those are considered as, the most significant determinants for the success of the information center.
