Anugrah Kharisindo Mandiri, the presence of the damage products that caused the loss of raw material which is followed by the possibilities where crashing leadtime of raw material are done caused inventory system performance less efficient. For that, a recommended inventory system model is made whish is compatible with the company at this moment. A formula of a recommended model consist of order cost, carrying cost, less raw material cost, raw material failure cost, and crashing leadtime cost. The collection of data there is done at PT. Anugrah Kharisindo Mandiri consist of company profile, data of inventory cost, data of raw material demand, data of raw material order, data of less raw material and data of failure raw material cost. From this recommended model a calculation of inventory system performance using Wu and Ouyang method will be done to compare with company?s inventory system performance at this moment. The measure of inventory system that have to be taken are yearly inventory total cost and sevice level customer. From the comparison of the result it is shown that recommended inventory system model giving solution that is more optimal compare with actual inventory system performance. |
