Today in the very competitive and continuously dynamic world changes without competition quality of higher education is difficult to achieve, in fact the competitive based funding (CBF) project is a way to distribute grant based on the competition principle, in other words each units of study program within participating universities has to build on this competitive principles. The problems of quality output of the participating universities are gaining the wider employment recognition, especially as indonesia moves forward to join competitive world global economy. Increasingly it is realized that the university graduated find it very difficult to compete in the international labor amrket, indeed the poor competencies of the graduate's remains even demanded in the domestics labor amrket. A positive image has arisen from the CGF project of the participating university, which promotes university academic's credibility as a whole and triggering a well motivating and competitive sphere amongst faculty.
