Protective effect of curcumin on quality of spermatozoa were studied in stressed-rat. sprague dawley rats were divided into the negative control group given saline per orally without swimming training ; the positive control group accustomed to swimming training and given saline per orally ; the curcumin group accustomed to swimming training and received curcumin doses of 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg BW per orally respectively.
