The intranuclear in cytomegalovirus (CMV) infected tubular cell is the most important diagnostic value that is very permissive to CMV replication after reactivation which then can cause viral spreading, stimulate the increased serum anti-CMV IgG level and inflammation. this caracteristic cell is microscopically easy to be recognized in urine sediment of a simple routine analysis, but no attention had been paid to such informative findings, so far.
