The quality of education can be improved by the quality of the teaching and learning process. Article can be defermined through evaluation. Test as an evaluation instrument can measure and give information quantitatively and qualitatively. In formal education, test only measures information quantitatively, such as the competencies of students and the teaching and learning process held by the lecturers. The achievement of instructional obejctives can be measured by the test. Finally, test can also be used as a feedback to imporve the teaching and learning process.
