Gray eminence is a term used both in politics and in business for those who stand behind the scene of official leaders. In some cases, grey eminence as played a central role in negotiation that the official leaders make with their partners. he is a key figure in such a negotiation. From the philosophical point of view, gray eminence represents a charismatic leader in weber's terminology and ki semar badranaya in javanese tradition. He is an ethical figure who thinks and speaks for the sake of all. He is the embodiment of corporate values. A reflection on this figure will be traced out in this article.
