Responding to the new requirement for developing a competency-based curriculum, the present article proposes a model surriculum for the program pendidikan sarjana psikologi. the curriculum comprises a kurikulum inti which characterizes the kompetensi utama and a kurikulum institusional concentrated on sross-sultural psychology which characterizes the kompetensi pendukung. both kompetensi utama and kompetensi pendukung are organized based on the five psychologists developed by the U.S. national council of schools of professional psychology. the overall course load of the curriculum amounts to a total of 150 satuan kredit semester or units. a scheme for differentiating levels of expertise of graduates of the sarjana, magister and doktor education programs is also introduced.
