This research try to explore wether the good corporate governance concept (gcg) can be implemented by the companies listed in the good corporate governance index. good corporate governance is a concept emphasizing the importance of (1) the user right of financial statement to get the information acuratly and timely (2) the company management liability to provide the information acuratly and perform the company fundamental value.
