This research aimed to test whether or not there was a correlation between assertive behavior and constructive conflict management. the underlying assumption was that the more the staffs assertively behave, the more they have constructive conflict management. therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research was that there is a positive and significant correlation between assertive behavior and constructive conflict management.
