General election is a part of democratic system where society manifestated his vote. There are two relevant elements dealing on it, polliticla participation and pollitical sosialization. political sosialization will influence the model of political participation. The agent of sosialization has strategic role to formulate the voter's behavior in the process of general election. The primordial argumentation usually found in its process, morever in the developing countries, including indonesia. Several cases of general election in indonesia indicated that society do not use his vote indiciduality. As an example that happened in jombang. East Jawa, the islamic boarding school where its student and very loyal to their techers. there is a commitment among teachers to support islamic party and obligate the students to vote islamic party and obligate the students to vote islamic party that is determined by their teachers.
