The objective of the communication for increasing the public knowledge of health, such as the danger of the house rubbish, is important. This communication must be designed in orfer to be able to influence the public. The usage of the form of the appeal and the conclusion message will very influence in increasing the knowledge and changing the attitude of the public. The emotional appeal message is assumed more effective in increasing the knowledge and changing the attitude. While the conclusion message have the different influence in gender. Woman is assumed more easy persuaded by the emotional appeal and explicit conclusion emssage compared by man. The result of the research indicates that there is the real difference in the influence of the appeal emssage to the knowledge and the attitude of the public. The rational appeal is more effective in influencing the knowledge and the attitude of the public compared by the emotional appeal. There is no implicit conclusion. But there is the real difference in the influence in the knowledge of the atitude between man and woman whereas they get the different treatment. Both the knowledge and the attitude of the respondent have the real difference although they have the combination in the different treatment. The combination among the appeal message, conclusion message, and sex does not influence the knowledge of the respondent. however, there is an indication of the combination of the rational message and the explicit message is more effective to influence the knowledge of man compared by another combination. The other indication is that the combination of the rational appeal and the explicit conclusion is more effective to influence the attitude of women compared by another combination.
