The diminishing of a domestic violence has bee legalized based on law no. 23 / 2-4. Islam as a rahmatan lil'alamin religion, does not tolerate and kind of violence taking place in a family (the home) or society. In this essay, the winter intends to give comment on some of the articles on the law no. 23 / 2004 with the holy qur'an and hadist in order to give a clear explanation to the readers especially moslems, so that they will be able to maintain their marriage.
