The influences of annealing on phase nanodisperse formed alloy zirconium based were studied. Amorphus zirconium. bases annealed of air which temperature 360 degree Celcius. Alloy has Annealed and characterization by using X ray diffraction. Sample on diffraction observed of grain size by using TEM. there is different of data diffraction pattern and TE< of wide broadening peak which identification as nanodisperse phase on the sample. the nanocrystal phases in the range 50 - 200 nm can be boserved in all samples.
