Management expectation of employee performance are becoming more comples and demanding nowadays due to substantial changes in the human resource sector. Although there are many studies conducte with regards to the concept of empowerment, many scholars have paid more attention to individual empowerment. Thus, the most recent concept of team empowerment needs to be looked upon to find out whether it is an efefctive tool for the success of an organization. Furthermore, little attention has been paid to the interaction of empowerment and team membership within the organizations in malaysia. This research focused on the consequences of team empowerment on attitudinal factors such as the level of job satisfaction, organizational, commitment, and team commitment. The research aims to examine various elements of team empowerment such as potency, meaningfulness, autonomy and impact that could enhance employee team empowerment experiences. Hence this study seeks to explose the behaviour of team members that is by observing the effects of team empowerment on attitudes.
