The biotechnology workplace embodies diversity it is a cultural melting pot with many perspectives and ideologies creating a rich foundation for innovation and creativity. Its face pace, constant change and growth, and sometimes limited resources make for a dynamic environment in which miscommunication can lead to conflict. Unresolved conflict in the workplace is costly and may lead to low morale and strained collaboration.
