A troubling quote caught my eye in Corey Murray's February 6, 2006 article in eSchool News Online (http://www.eschoolnews.com/) titled "Schools feel void with no ed-tech chief." The article described how various K-12 aeducational leaders around the country were concerned thet the position of head f the U.S. federal government's Office of educational Technology (OET) had been vacant for six months (the position was filled several weeks later).
