Entrepreneurship learning process based on acaemic business community develops cognitive, afefctive and psychomotor. COgnitve is dealung with academics fields and the philosophy of entrepreneurship. Affective and psychomotor are dealing with the sills in business based on community. University students and young people who have not got job can learn this model. Through this model the learners will combine academic activities, training and research on technopreneurship. The aim of implementing this model it is expected that young generations who used to be job seekers will change to be job providers.
