Isi artikelHepatitis virus is divided into 2 groups according to its way of transmission. Fecal oral transmission agents (Hepatitis A & E) showed clearly that these diseases are the problem of health sanitation. Penyakit Pak Raden was superendemic in Kalimantan in several villages along the river over there. parenteral transmission or blood borne agents (hepatitis B, C, and D) especially hepatitis C is now increased due to same needle using by drug abusers. The group is potentially be able to be a chronic form especially HCV (> 80%) compare with HBV (<10% in adult) and at last can be developed to be hepatic cel carcinoma. Cost treatment on blood borne agents is very high and it will enhance family problems and threaten a helathy nation's next generation.
