The principle of good corporate governance is a good company management principle backed up by company task and responsibility based on is function and authority. This article analyses the application of good corporate governemamce in the Syariah bankiing system viewed from management and teaching of the Holy Quran that requires economic equity and synergy in its task implementation. Based on Act Number 10 year 1998 on revision of act number 7 year 1992 on banking, regulations of syariah banking is focused on ttransparent commercial activities of income and expenditure based on regulation related to the Syariah banking system. its ultimate objective is functioning as an financial intermediary insitution in the field of credit that mobilized community funding and third parties transparently. The function of good corporate governance is the responsibility of bodies within the syariah banking system.
