This research uses macroeconomic model of the Province of Naggroe Aceh Darussalam. Ywo functions are employed in this research. They are consuption and saving functions of the economy of Aceh. Here, the statements of macroeconomic theories are tested by using t, F and Wald statistics. The seemingly unrelated regression equation (SURE) is used to estimate the macroeconomic functions because it is assumed that there are contemporaneous correlations among residuals in the model. So, the first step is to test the contemporaneous correlation, the results confirm the SURE method, and all of the coefficients are statistically and theoretically significant. This means that SURE is valid model in this research. The results show that some of the Acehness consumptions are allocated to social affairs, such as religious spending and other kinds of social spending that are not included in their formal expenditure. The limitation of this study is the data used in this study are availavle from the yaer of 1983 - 2001 especially for PDRB bu expenditures. To obtain the best results, it is neede another study that uses more longer data series. In addition, the nonprofit institute ecpenditures should be taken into account in the consumption model in order to represent the real macroeconomic model of Aceh.
