Implementasi of information technology is included in all sector, it is also in education sector. One way to increase quality of learning in UKSW is done with TI support and readiness. In this paper, UKSW using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats) method. This paper also describe university strategic management based on information technology. The conclusion of the paper found that learning process based on IT in UKSW can be implemented in two steps and it is implemented through 12 strategies. The university has to cooperate with the outsider (hardware and software vendor, government, other organization and IT company) to accelerate the preparation of process based on IT. The cooperation is in funding and technical assistance, maximization of using trained human resources and push government by telling that Koperties bureaucracy has not able to support IT implementation in education that need flexibility and freedom in creation.
