Nowadays, effectiveness become a necessaries in industrial along with the fast improvement in technology. Automation is one of the result to the question of being effective. We can see this in mineral water company begin from filling, closing, and labelling the bottles. This paper will present about design and product the pneumatics automatic system include automated water filling to 600 ml mineral water and then closing the bottle which need 5 seconds to closed, finally labelling the bottle will be set automatically on the bottle and all the processes above will be set automatically controlled by using programmable logic controller (PLC). Generally, the function of this system is satisfied and system need 84 seconds in one cycle all the operations above and be able to recommended for used in mineral water company.
