Increase of productivity should not be fixed to production index number only, but most important is how to create a productive work behaviour, one of which is efficient behaviour. An efficient behaviour is built through the interaction of individual variables. This explanatory survey is keen to test the efficient behaviour formation process through various individual variables. Data were obtained through PT. Texmaco Jaya (Karawang, Pemalang and Malang) workers, randomly assigned (N = 320). A field observation was conducted to determine the productive behaviour dimension, followed by completing a questionnaire using a likert scale to measure all the variables involved, except intelligence, which was measured with CFIT. A multiple regression analysis was used to analyses the data. Results show that efficient behaviour is detected in individuals who are satisfied with being involved in the organisation, and even more so when he / she got feedback. The effects of social motivation on satisfaction involvement as a member of the organisation and its implications on efficient and productive behaviour are discussed.
