Nowadays the harshness to human, which happens more frequently to female group especially, or called violence, is a phenomenon that becomes a current topic discussed in many societies. This discrimination and gender based action seriously restricts female group to enjoy their freedom rights on the base of similarity to male group. Stigma and stereotype that grow in the society which frequently say that women are as men's subordinate and structural practices of women marginalization in all living aspects may cause the growth of violence practices toward the women. The effort of preventing this problem is not only by showing solidarity and empathy but also requiring law instrument as well as prudencial implementation for women which must be supported strengthened obviously by government.
