Bisphenol A (BPA) , a xenobiotic estrogenic compound, has been widely used as a plastic monomer. the alterations of sertoli spermatogenic cells in prepubertal rats after short-term (6 and 9 hr) exposure to various concentrations of BPA in vitro were examined by TUNEL-staning and transmission electron microscopy. the teste of 20-day-old sprague dawly (SD) rats were cut into smaller pieces, and seeded in the medium.
