One of the criteria of advancement of nation is availability of optimalization law systems. The Indonesian law system has not been effective, as we could see from problems of breibary, disparity of judge decision making, weaknesses in law article arrangement occured in Indonesia. This article is aimed at explaining the role of law psychology optimalizing law system. The contribution of law psychology are such as arranging the law system in Indonesia, creating the professional of Indonesian justice system and improving the law obedience.
