Due to various reasons, problems being faced recently especially related to development problems are becoming more complex in character, which need a more holistic approach in its solutions. Comprehensive assessment using appropriate criteria shall minimize the impacts from emerging. Based on long experiences, a systemic, holistic, interdisciplinary and participatory approach (SHIP) approach shall be more feasible in resolving the problems as well as more sustainable in their results. This approach is also significant for ergonomics problem solutions with aim to be more sustain and holistically solved. Therefore in solution of every ergonomic problem this approach is strongly encouraged.
