Technology and science are important to support leaning process in international level, especially for developing countries. They should get the benefit from that and the countries that spark globalization have to succeed the purposes of globalization. By applying technology, university has the main role in implementing the new learning process. This method supports the achievement of knowledge for all related universities. There are many ways in using technologies for Long Distance Learning as a transmission instrument. It substitutes the textbooks and teachers. Therefore we have to be consciousness, willing, opened to each university either in regional or international scope to comply and fulfill each other in knowlege needs by accessing the website. In fact until now technology collaboration is still difficult to access. If there is any, they still consider the commercial aspect.
