The restructuring indicates influence to survivor job insecurity. Job insecurity has negative effects to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. The person that insecure in the job wants to decline job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and indicates turnover intention. The data were collected from services industry (bank) and manufactures industry (factory) that ever do restructuring in terms four (4) years latest. The total respondent was 216 peoples and the response rate 78,2%. Regression and Hierarchical Regression Analysis (HRA) analyzed the data. The interesting results in this research found that restructuring wasn't effected to turnover intention in the bank and factory. In another result in this research job insecurity didn't influence to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and survivor turnover intention. The research has succeeded establish that organizational commitment as mediator variable in the relation of job satisfaction and turnover intention.
