Isi artikelDissolved oxygen content influent by quantity of bacteria, stirrer speed and oxygen flow rate into the fermentor. This research is develop the new alternative algorithm to control dissolved oxygen content (DO) in the fermentor using Internal Model Control-Neuro Fuzzy Gain Scheduling (IMC-NFGS) by manipulated the stirrer speed. 1MC has better performance of control compare to conventional control (PID), but both of the algorithm are still linier control because of using the linier model to determine the contrcsller parameter. Then the new non linier modeling methods are used, i.e. Neural Network (NN) and Neurofuzzy (NF), but disadvantages of these methods are collecting full range operation data difficulty. Another alternative is using NF Gain scheduling to make IMC tuning parameter (A) is adaptive to plant requirement. The result shown that 1MC-NFGS has better performance of control compare to 1MC conventional, in order to reject disturbance and follow setpoint tracking.
