Technology development needs innovation to fulfill requirement of everyday life. It needs controller to control the rotation of DC motor as a support in production process. Controller of rotation of DC motor needs controller with computer. Computer provided with PPI 8255 as a means of controller between operator and network, which is trigger pin of gate in SCR, represent system of controlling that's easy to operate. By using Borland Delphi Language get the result the speed of DC rotation motor with visualization on monitor of the computer that can easily known the speed of rotation motor desired.
