Iridologist uses many techniques for iris analysis. The simplest way can be looking directly into patient?s eyes. The other technique iris's photograph is enlarged then analyze using iridology chart. This paper analyzes iris digital images to detect heart function. Heart disturbance, deterioration function detection system is built using GLSD method with 48 data input as learning process input, the feature interval standard could be created. The result shows GLSD method uses to extract unique texture from iris. From 12 unique texture features, the most successful is Differential Average (77.08 %) and the least successful is Iridology Detection Method (IDM) (50 %).
