Research tests interoperability between different Object Request Broker (ORB) from different vendors and platform programming in Common Object Request for Brokerage Architecture (CORBA). Testing the system is done in appropriate test model to represent CORBA system architecture. One of ORB is Java Interface Definition Language (IDL), and ORB s is explored in Internet to get many ORB s. Testing use 2 test models : (1) interoperability test and (2) multitier test. The result of ORB exploration is : 2 of ORBs are JacORB (Java) and MICO (C++) which results of the test are proved ORB s supporting interoperability between different vendors and platforms programming.
