Modified Adaptive Neuro - Fuzzy Inference System (Mod _ ANFIS) implementation for facing Recognition System is done in this research. Mod _ ANFIS learning process method is performed by two stages, i. e. forward pass and backward pass. Forward pass is implementing the fuzzy mechanism and Least - Squares Estimator (LSE). Backward pass is implementing The Modified Error Back Propagation (Modified EBP) algorithm. The learning process and experimental result show that this system can recognize the face image with 100 %.
