The existence of alternative dispute resolution in such community having mutual cooperation culture as indoensia is a need, for instance, alternative dispute resolution like mutual deliebration or consensual agreement. The resolution bases on win - win solution principle, therefore this should be relevent to be developed into practices for dispute resolution within heterogeneous communities like indonesia. The consensual values grown inside indonesian community may need a scientifical touch in order to solve simple dispute till complicated one. Rationalizing mutual deliberation culture means that positive values of mutual deliberation or consensual agreement shall be growing up constantly through various logical efforts to make useful solution in dealing with emerging dispute by win - win solution mechanism. The community need ot be encouraged and motivated its creativity about the uppermost understanding of mutual deliberation or consensual agreement untill the growing self - confidence within community over the consensus as a reliable way in dispute resolution.
